Gastronomic Workshop

Discover true Basque gastronomy on this half day experience designed to guide you through some of the most famous Basque dishes and pintxos, including Bermeo’s historic fishing tradition and world-renowned tuna. Led by Chef Gaizka and his team, we start with an introduction of traditions and history in our kitchen garden, before embarking on a culinary masterclass and enjoying a meal together. With recipes to take home and practice, we hope you will continue your Basque culinary journey long after the holiday has finished!

ARTISAN GASTRONOMY TOUR

Tailored to the season, our unique tour showcases some of our most wonderful local producers, from a visit to the fisherman’s guild and a hands-on cheese making experience at a local dairy, to preparing chorizos, conserving anchovies and breadmaking, all topped off with a Txakoli tasting.
